Abstract


With the continuous improvement of the performance of the computer and the development of numerical methods and computer-aided circuit design and analysis techniques have been more widely used. Circuit simulation technology occupies a very important position in the field of electronics, it can replace many of the tedious manual analysis, reduce labor intensity and improve the analysis and design capabilities, but also to avoid the larger error in the approximation because of the analytical method. Circuit simulation system not only some of the basic characteristics of the circuit, and the simulation results intuitive waveform graph or text reflected statistical parameters of the components on the circuit to optimize the simulation design. SPICE is a circuit-level simulation program developed by the University of California, Berkeley, is the most common. SPICE circuit linear DC analysis, nonlinear transient analysis and linear AC analysis. Being analyzed in the circuit element may include a resistance, capacitance, inductance, mutual inductance, an independent voltage source, independent current source, various linear controlled source, transmission line and an active semiconductor device. The topics will be based on the basis of the SPICE, analyze and summarize the results of previous studies, proposed a novel SPICE combination of FDTD and converged network technology of distributed parallel algorithm effectively improve the operating speed of the circuit analysis and simulation efficiency, and design and implementation of a set of circuit emulation system. The main work of this paper include the following aspects: First, the paper analyzes the current situation and prospects of the development of the domestic and international circuit simulation system, describes the theoretical knowledge of the circuit simulation technology, including basic circuit simulation SPICE simulation program and the time domain differential algorithms. Secondly, SPICE simulation program based on the simulation of frequency-dependent interconnect network. The idea of ??the method is based on the interconnect multi-port equivalent circuit model, separated skillfully interconnecting lines with other circuits of the unit of the simulation process, and allows the simulation of every part of the interconnect lines independently of each other, so with the multicore computer or distributed computer network to achieve parallel computing. Exchange data once at each time step, the the interconnect simulation results with other circuit simulation results. This method is an effective solution to the frequency-dependent interconnect network simulation slow, low efficiency problem. In addition, based on the above methods and technology, designed and implemented a set of circuit simulation system. The system the circuit netlist text and the circuit model diagram two ways of describing the way of the circuit, and can be operated simultaneously on the same interface; then designed based on the third-party program Flex and Bison syntax analyzer, to compile the netlist; Finally, output by a waveform diagram of the way a correct simulation results.
