The high - frequency transformation is to reduce the volume of the power converter , the weight, to improve the efficiency of the converter , the power density of the effective ways . Implementation resonant converter technology is relatively PWM converter technology has the advantages of high switching frequency , switching losses , allowing wide input voltage range , high efficiency , light weight , small size , EMI noise , switch stress small . LLC resonant converter with its simultaneously reflect both the severity of no-load capacity and resonant tank circuit current reflects the load capacity the ordinary series resonant converter and parallel resonant converters unmatched advantage , and thus has been widely used . LLC resonant converter is increased in the the traditional LC second-order resonant converter on the basis of a shunt inductor improved from ordinary series parallel resonant converter characteristics significantly improved at the same time , the control method , parameter design, the input and output characteristic adjustment is relatively complex and therefore proposed a set of effective converter design method for accurate control of the inverter output is very important as we use does . The detailed analysis of LLC resonant converter DC steady state characteristics in each frequency range , especially from the intuitive physical sense elaborate root of the characteristics of the converter , summed up as a basis for the parameters of the converter converter running impact , given the the converter parameters specific design method and example experiments to verify the feasibility of a specific design requirements . The converter loss constitutes a detailed analysis is given of the mathematical model of the loss to the adoption of targeted efforts to improve the efficiency of the converter . Finally LLC resonant converter resonant inductor can replace the transformer leakage inductance characteristics , made ??an initial attempt of the magnetic integration , and integration before and after experimental results .
