Linear Ultrasonic Motor in small, precise linear motion drive and control unit has a wide range of applications in precision instruments, aerospace, medical, robotics and other high-tech fields , playing traditional electromagnetic motor irreplaceable role. Standing wave ultrasonic linear motor is a linear motor mainstream of development. Simple and practical dual- drive linear -type ultrasonic motor of linear ultrasonic motor for improving the structural design and the development of new motor and so has a special significance . In this paper, to achieve two-way linear -type ultrasonic motor drive as the target, self-propelled standing wave ultrasonic piezo linear motor modeling , design, simulation and driving aspects of theoretical and experimental research . The main research contents and results are summarized as follows : 1. Systematic introduction to linear ultrasonic motor definition, structure and characteristics of ultrasonic linear motor summarized research status and problems to be solved , that the status of their application development and application prospects. (2) two-way standing wave ultrasonic linear motor conducted in-depth research . Theoretical analysis driven vibrator oblique surface particle movement and driving force generation , and its key components - driven oscillator structure designed in detail . 3 using ANSYS software to analyze the driving oscillator harmonic response , especially in the case of vibration under various constraints . Design and manufacture of a bi- standing type linear ultrasonic motor prototype and experimental study was carried out . 4 pairs of bi- standing type linear ultrasonic motor drive power supply design .
