Abstract


In the actual use of the large and medium-sized enterprises, the traditional database management information system has not be able to make good use of the analysis of the accumulation of large amounts of data in the database, but also the lack of analysis tools, through the use of data warehouse technology can solve this a problem. Real data warehouse technology to link fragmented data form a valuable information, and provide a strong technical support for all levels of application. Data warehouse technology and network technology as the rapid development, and is continually expanding its field of application. This paper first introduces the background of the development of tobacco production management system, do a simple introduction to the application of data warehouse technology in various fields, and then describes the main technical knowledge of some of the data warehouse: data extraction, transformation, loading, online analytical OLAP Data mining mode and the application of statistical techniques. Then combined with the development of tobacco production management system, and a more detailed description of the design and implementation of the data warehouse system, structure design and implementation of data warehouse and OLAP technology and functional applications, data mining clustering algorithm. Which focused on the relationship of the internal architecture of the system and technology elaborate, major data warehouse technology used in the system were analyzed and discussed the implementation of ideas, methods and steps. Overall architecture consists of four subsystems function as a practical application, the application requirements and the actual conditions on the basis of the analysis of tobacco the silk production management system, designed in the design and implementation of a data warehouse, which dealt primarily with the star schema building a data warehouse logical model and build data acquisition, data extraction, data conversion processing to the valuable clean \OLAP design and implementation mainly discusses how to achieve OLAP various operating functions, such as sliced ??and diced, rotate, drill etc.. Are more detailed discussion of the clustering algorithm in tobacco production management data warehouse, valuable data analysis by clustering algorithm. Which mainly use SAS data mining tool --SAS/STAT, and SAS / ETS, and so on. Data warehouse technology in the tobacco industry is still relatively poor, given by the in-depth study and application of data warehouse technology able to tobacco production and operations, cost control, competitiveness mining to provide strong support to further support the corporate strategic decision-making, booster to increase the economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
