Abstract


Kunming Basin, Yunnan Province, the largest Cenozoic faulted basin , with terrigenous clastic lake sedimentary characteristics . According to the Kunming Basin development and rift basins to control the characteristics of the sedimentary strata development , the nose-like bulge in the central part of the basin is bounded , the Kunming basin is divided into southern the deposition residential and northern deposition cell . Kunming Basin drilling lithology, sedimentary facies , depositional cycles , sediment grain size characteristics , wave velocity characteristics 14 , optically stimulated luminescence , thermoluminescence dating data and pollen combination , combined previous drilling data and paleomagnetic characteristics determine lithostratigraphic and chronostratigraphic stratigraphic division basis and signs , to draw a single hole integrated histogram , the even holes columnar comparison chart as well as the Kunming Basin drilling Quaternary histogram is proposed detailed rock strata and age stratigraphic division and comparison program . Lithostratigraphic , Kunming Basin is divided into the the Pleistocene the lower part of the Dianchi group ( Qp 1 < / sup> D) , middle Pleistocene in camp group ( Qp 2 Zh ) update Marketing upper Guandu group of (Qp 3 G) and the Holocene Haigeng group (QhH). The study showed that the north and south of two cells in different sedimentary characteristics of the formation , formation thickness , and genetic types : the southern district of Kunming Basin lacustrine and alluvial facies , northern district alluvial , red alluvial facies . This difference is mainly due the Kunming basin from north to south , the southern than the northern part of the depression depression scale big reason . The two deposition cell division and correlation of rock strata . Chronostratigraphic the the predecessors and obtained herein 14 < / sup> C, optically stimulated luminescence , thermoluminescence dating data and palynological assemblages such information in accordance with the Quaternary stratigraphic division program and criteria for the classification , discussed in greater detail in Kunming Basin Quaternary chronostratigraphic division and correlation . The lower boundary of the Pleistocene basin 2.6Ma, the the lower Pleistocene ( Dianchi group ) to 2.6 Ma 0.78Ma , Pleistocene Central ( battalion group ) as 0.78Ma 0.128Ma the Pleistocene upper ( Guandu groups ) In for 0.128Ma-0.012Ma, Holocene ( Haigeng group) since 0.012Ma deposition.
