Abstract


This thesis is based on the modern enterprise strategic management model and related theories , Yangcheng Coal Transportation Company as a research object , using a combination of qualitative and quantitative system analysis method to study their development strategies . The thesis describes the development of the Yangcheng Coal Transportation and Marketing Company Profiles and research background , significance and frameworks; Secondly, the external environment of the Yangcheng Coal Transportation and Marketing Company , use the macro environment analysis and Michael Porter \competitive model of the industry status quo and the competitive structure of the company which carried out the analysis, and the use of the the EFE matrix model of key factors external to the quantitative evaluation ; again, Yangcheng coal Transportation and Marketing Company 's internal environment analysis of the system , at the same time the basic value chain analysis and IFE matrix general summary of the company 's internal key factor provides a basis for the formulation of the company 's development strategy . After using SWOT analysis tool to develop a strategic program of the Yangcheng Coal Transportation and Marketing Company , determined on the basis of the company 's business strategy . Finally, the process of the implementation of the strategy , a specific implementation of the proposed .
