Abstract


In this paper, the thermal power plants in the electricity market environment , based on the analysis of real - time cost of power generation system marginal price forecast combined auxiliary quotes . First, a comprehensive analysis of the composition of the unit generation cost project , studied law and its impact on the occurrence of specific projects in the power generation cost factors from the point of view of the variable costs and fixed costs , the real-time calculation of the costs and draw the relationship between the cost of power generation unit load . Instance of a power plant and the uncertainty analysis . Secondly , according to the main factors of the system marginal price , the optimal combination of predictive models of multiple linear regression and BP neural network model , and integrated the two models , the calculation example shows that the combination forecasting model has higher prediction accuracy . Finally, we proposed thermal power plant auxiliary quotes framework model and its sub- modules function to elaborate .
