Abstract


This paper first introduces the the papers relevant background and theory, then the power supply company in Suqian service marketing status quo and existing problems were analyzed . Then focus on two aspects : triangulation strategy : external service marketing theory Suqian power supply company service marketing strategy , interactive strategies , internal policies . Taken to achieve services marketing the internal strategy process reengineering methods carried out in-depth research , two important processes - customer industry and service marketing expansion of Installation pay operating procedures and recycling program , and the program to make an assessment , and recommendations are also given in this chapter of the successful implementation of process reengineering safeguards .
