Abstract


Electricity as a public good , fair and reasonable tariff is a core issue of the reform of the electricity market . This article is established on the basis of theoretical studies of the electricity market economy the coal linkage economy mathematical model , The TOU Internet tariff economic and mathematical model , the more concerned about China's power market grid tariff provides certain reference value . First, we start from the analysis of the interests of the coal and electricity both to study the changes in the price of coal on the tariff mechanism in coal price linkage mechanism on the basis of theoretical studies , the establishment of the electricity price and coal price linkage optimization model . Second , the application of marginal cost method to determine the generation side timeshare Internet tariff , and the establishment of the electricity distribution in each period optimization model , through case analysis , proved the generation side TOU tariff design mechanisms and power allocation optimization model is feasible , in line with the future direction of the reform of the electricity .
