Abstract


Into the 21st century , along with the economic globalization , the technology embodied in the economic development of the increasingly important role . University research key issues related to the development of society as a whole , the management team of University Technology directly influence and even determine the direction of the development and evolution of university research . An important position of universities as research in the development of society , the role has become increasingly prominent , the university 's management of human resources has become an important strategic resource , Scientific and Technological Management of human resources , reserves , play in economic development, social progress , the utility will allow colleges and universities in scientific research , nurturing talent to play an increasingly large role . University Technology management increasing role played by the University Technology Development , effectively stimulate the potential of the university management staff , to promote their growth and self-worth , resulting in the formation of an effective incentive mechanism Colleges and Universities , colleges and universities the key to the development of scientific research . Therefore , how to motivate college management staff , and fully mobilize their enthusiasm for work , give full play to the role of university research has become a very important theoretical and practical issues . In this paper, in-depth study of the University of Technology Management and incentive theory , and empirical analysis of incentives to influence the management of University Technology from a management point of view of science and technology , comprehensive content type and process different incentives , the main motivating factor is divided into personal development , work achievements , job autonomy , remuneration , working conditions , job security, higher level recognition , interpersonal relationships.
