Abstract


China National Capital Region has the unique advantage of the capital , has a very strong foundation in the economy, transportation , resources , industry , there are also the Beijing-Tianjin diode centralized , slow process of regional economic integration , dual economic structure and many other issues . In this paper, learn from the experience of the Japanese metropolitan area development model , combined with the features and advantages of the metropolitan area , the comparative approach , put forward the idea of the model of economic development in the metropolitan area , clear the development of ideas and direction of development of the metropolitan area , to achieve regional economic by leaps and bounds . The paper is divided into five parts. The first part analyzes the Chinese take metropolitan necessity of this development model and the Sino-Japanese metropolitan area ; second section describes the experience of the construction and development of the metropolitan area of Japan by the spatial structure and industrial structure in Japan metropolitan area development process its choice of the division of labor , construction, adjustment of the analysis of historical experience , summed up the model of economic development of the metropolitan area as a good experience and measures ; third part analyzes the development status and problems of the metropolitan area , on this basis, to out of the metropolitan area in the new era of development orientation ; fourth part of the metropolitan area and the spatial structure and industrial division of functions status quo compared , discussed in detail the similarities and differences between China, Japan and the metropolitan area , so as we learn from Japan's capital circle model of economic development experience laid the foundation ; fifth , based in part on the experience of Japan and the actual situation in China , focusing on interpretation of the reconstruction of the metropolitan area spatial structure and division of functions , specific measures , and analysis of China's metropolitan area spatial development pattern and industrial division of functions dependent on the system of regional governance structure optimization , the entry point is the reconstruction of the transportation system in the metropolitan area within the region . The innovation of this paper include: first proposed the combination of the metropolitan area ( Metropolitan Areas ) strategy in Hebei Province line, two sides \Shijiazhuang ) - yellow ( Huanghua ) logistics industrial belt.
