Abstract


Clinical psychology abroad since 1896 after having introduced rapidly, but China is still in an early stage of development , for a certain period of development of this discipline for reviewing and summarizing the subject areas is conducive to the accumulation of research results , experiences summary and problems are discovered . In this study, the use of bibliometric methods, the 1999 to 2004 China's relevant clinical psychology research literature on quantitative statistics and analysis, summarized this period the development of clinical psychology , characteristics, identify problems and its future development predict the trend . Study, China Hospital Knowledge Warehouse CHKD conduct keyword searches of retrieved clinical psychology research papers 132 , for all types of papers , research topics , methods , subjects , authors , citations and aided statistical analysis , research found that: 1 ) clinical psychology research has focused on the phenomenon , lessons learned , the lack of theoretical research ; 2 ) for different patient populations in clinical psychology imbalance , mainly in cancer patients , maternity , surgery , cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident patients and patients with neurological disorders ; 3 ) research team focused on all levels of hospitals , despite the growth of a number of teams , but the overall level is low and unstable ; 4 ) clinical Psychology slightly lower than the average domestic scientific papers citation average citations , citations to periodicals in foreign -based. Through clinical psychology bibliometric analysis, analysis of bibliometric methods can produce a certain discipline , development, differentiation and mutual penetration trends ; can determine the focus of literature , as well as the core of the core journals, as reported in the literature focusing and guiding the reader to read provide the best solution ; characteristics can be determined subject disciplines and intelligence source distribution ; may help scientists get a lot of information sources ; scientists can study the distribution , evaluation and identification of the prestigious scientific talent .
