Abstract


In this thesis, the author makes analysis on the development and the current situation ofChinese Propriety Market and then concludes that Chinese Propriety Market belongs to thecapital market and it will be the primary OTC market. Through analyzing the sorts and thecharacteristics of the market maker mechanism used in the overseas OTC market universally, thestudy conclusions on the market maker mechanism and the operational experience in the marketmaker mechanism in the overseas OTC market and the domestic market, the author put forwardthe opinion of adopting the market maker mechanism in Chinese Propriety Market. Researchingon the necessity and feasibility of applying the market maker mechanism in the ChineseTechnical Propriety Market, the author concludes that it is necessary to adopt the market makermechanism in order to make the Chinese Technical Propriety Market standardization, althoughthere are still some obstacles of system and policy. In the end, the thesis set forth the concreteframework and practical project of applying the market maker mechanism in the ChineseTechnical Propriety Market in detail and analyses the realistic obstacles and the solution.Although there are lots of realistic obstacles in the system, the market maker mechanismwill be applied in the Chinese Technical Propriety Market successfully so long as we can designa reasonable implementation details and carry out the project step by step. It will be verysignificant not only to the healthy development of the Chinese Propriety Market but to thedevelopment and improvement of the Chinese Capital Market.
