Abstract


Trust as the only one that can cross the Money market, Capital market andIndustry market at the same time in the ecnomics realm,as the the industry ofinvestment and financing that can benefit the country and common people,has beenregarded as the four pillars with bank, security and insurance in the financemarket.It has many unique fuctions such as assets managements investment,financing, angecys deputy and so on.It has to be primary pillar of fours pillarsof financial system in many countries of the world.In our country,with the development of ecnomics.the wealth of people increasesincreasingly,so People will have more diversification on the chioce and usage ofassets,and the finance management will more and more complicated.This conditionsmakes the more need of specialized organizations and professional talented personto act as an agent of people to deal their wealth and matter.So the finance trustwill has more and more room to develop and the status of finace trust will becomemore and more important.The development of finance trust will do more contributionto our country and society,Accordingly,strengthen the research of finace trustand trust company,seem to be more important and urgent.In this paper,I discuss the development of finance trust in our countryfirst,point out the potential and bright future of trust, then make use of thecomprehensive analytical method,detailed discuss the various problems in ourfinance trust field.follow above,I use the method of contrast,draw lessons offinace trust from the developed countries,put forward the suggestions of problemin our finace trust.Later,through careful thinking and summary,point out thedirection of our finance trust development and creative species that should bedevelop.
