Rapid development of Information Technology gives rise to striking upheaval of layout of global market economy, and enterprise management model and notion has changed a lot as well. As the organization and management mode] of agile manufacturing, virtual enterprise is the effective means of holding instant market opportunity and reacting to market. However, virtual enterprise is also confronting with green problems of making full use of resources, environmental protection, etc. To adapt to needs of development of human beings and environmental protection, the most ideal organization of dynamic alliance among enterprises is right green virtual enterprise.This thesis, in accordance with the theories of enterprise core ability, trade costs, game and sustainable development, utilizes blurring comprehensive evaluation method and AHP method to make research on establishment, operation and evaluation of green virtual enterprise, sets up establishment model, operation process and evaluation index system, and puts forth countermeasures aimed at current development circumstances of green virtual enterprise in China.
