Abstract


The core of the building of the regional innovation system is the construction of the regional knowledge production system . Form of knowledge production - knowledge achievements transformation and industrialization - knowledge of the outcome of diffusion and the feedback loop system - a new production of knowledge between regional knowledge production system within the region , the establishment of this system can effectively continued to promote regional knowledge production and promote regional innovation transformation and industrialization of innovative products .
