Abstract


At present , China's car industry in the supply chain environment , vehicle inventory management forecast accuracy is poor . The main reason is not yet formed in China's car manufacturing enterprises as the core of supply chain management , as well as vehicle inventory management mode there is a serious problem in the supply chain environment . Inventory management as an important aspect of supply chain management , to some extent, the production cost and customer responsiveness . Therefore, these enterprises vehicle inventory management plays a vital role in the survival and competitiveness of these enterprises . In this paper, a supply chain environment inventory management theory and China's car manufacturing enterprises of the specific circumstances and characteristics of the vehicle inventory management , vehicle inventory management of China's car manufacturing companies in the supply chain environment : the accurate prediction of vehicle inventory management poor. Negative impact on this issue , as well as the cause of the problem , this paper elaborates analysis . Supply chain management as the core of China's car companies and vehicle manufacturers to implement centralized management of supplier inventory analysis , which demonstrated it is feasible to improve the predictive accuracy of vehicle inventory management in the supply chain environment . Finally, to improve the predictive accuracy of vehicle inventory management in the supply chain environment design , including inventory management mode in supply chain environment under the vehicle design, vehicle inventory management system in the supply chain environment , vehicle inventory management system design and supply chain environment The optimal design . This thesis is a comprehensive analysis on the basis of vehicle inventory management of China's car industry in the supply chain environment problems and inventory management theory , put forward their own views on how to improve the predictive accuracy of vehicle inventory management in the supply chain environment vehicle inventory management forecast accuracy improvement of China's car industry has a certain practical significance and reference value .
