The experiment was done from 2004 to 2005 in the Hebei Agricultural University, West Campus Teaching Experiment Station. The boll weight standards to choose from the following three cotton genotypes as a test material: a small bell genotype - Ceheng cotton, in bell genotype - new cotton transgenic Bt cotton 33B, bell genotype - places cotton 9108 14 sup> C labeled tracer method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay studied different boll weight of cotton genotypes bell - leaf \designed to explore different parts of the \The test results show that: the different growth stages of cotton main stem leaves and fruit branch leaf assimilation. Fruit branch leaf photosynthetic products of assimilation the squaring stage three boll weight of cotton genotypes (total radioactivity of the whole plant, the same below) than the main stem leaves high. The the flowering Ceheng and places cotton assimilation of the lower main stem leaves than fruit branch leaves large, 33B lower fruiting branches leaves of assimilation large main stem leaves: in the main stem, the lower part of the main stem of the three genotypes assimilation higher than where the main stem. The 33B and places of boll opening period cotton upper main stem assimilation of a large quantity of its the fruiting branches vane and 33B main stem assimilation is the largest in the three genotypes. Squaring stage, the three cotton genotype lower main stem 14 is sup> C photosynthetic products are mostly stuck in the feeding leaves, while the fraction of photosynthetic products transported to the immature bud, stranded in feeding The smallest the photosynthetic products to Ceheng proportion leaves; three cotton genotypes the lower fruit foliage the 14 sup> C of photosynthetic products are mostly stuck in the fed leaves largest proportion Ceheng. Ceheng, 33B, three places cotton bell genotype transport photosynthetic products to young bud proportion of 23.08%, 28.14% and 28.54%, respectively, in a very low proportion of other leaves, stem, root and vegetative organs. In the flowering stage, three boll weight of cotton genotypes, under various parts of the main stem leaf photosynthetic products outside the main conveyor to its corresponding fruiting branches. Which, in the lower part of the main stem, photosynthetic products allocated to highest the three kinds the cotton genotypes corresponding fruiting branches Leiling the proportion to the large bell genotype; lower fruit branch, three cotton genotypes photosynthetic products allocated to the corresponding fruit section Leiling the proportion to small bell genotype highest, the allocation of the corresponding fruiting branches next Fruit Festival bell in the bell-shaped maximum; central fruit branch, three cotton genotypes photosynthate allocation to the corresponding fruit section Leiling the ratio in bell genotype The highest of the highest in the corresponding the fruiting branches next fruit section bell allocation to large bell-shaped. Boll opening stage, the small bell cotton genotypes leaf photosynthetic products out output very low percentage. The photosynthetic products output supply vegetative organs; in bell-shaped and bell-shaped leaves large proportion of output to the Leiling fruiting branches corresponding to the major suppliers. The leaf photosynthetic products of the the second fruit section of the Central fruiting branches supply of this fruiting branches corresponds the Fruit Festival bell, followed by transport to the next fruit section, more dispersed in bell genotype photosynthetic products allocated in the corresponding fruiting branches. Different boll weight of cotton genotypes of the lower part of the inner circle and the upper part of the inner circle bell leaf IAA content of the lowest in the 35d, Central the circumference bell leaves 35d there is a peak. In addition to in bell of cotton genotypes cottonseed IAA circumference in the middle and lower part of the lower peripheral content, and little change throughout the growing period, boll weight of cotton genotypes in different parts of cottonseed has a peak in the 15d, mostly large bell cotton genotypes the peak maximum. Different boll weight the cotton genotypes ABA content of the various parts of the upper than the middle of the lower and the upper part of cottonseed ABA content 15d has a peak; different boll weight of cotton genotypes of the lower part of the inner circle and the middle of the inner circle bell ABA content variations than shell small. Basically the same the cottonseed GA and IAA dynamic trend.
