Abstract

The plains of Baoding, Hebei Province, a major grain producing areas, crops mainly wheat and maize and cotton. Due to the special geographical location and climatic conditions of the Baoding plains area led the severe resource shortage situation, as well as the decision of the special status of irrigation in agricultural production. Baoding plain area of ??agricultural water use accounts for more than 70% of the regional total water use is a major major water users. In recent years, due to the continued growth of the population, rapid industrial development, the growing demand for industrial and domestic water, agricultural water use continue to be diverted, food production and agricultural sustainable development by serious threat. Water resources for agricultural production, irrigation reference to surface water and groundwater resources, as well as direct recharge from precipitation the farmland of soil water resources. Has a huge amount of resources, soil water resources in agricultural production, if the full and efficient use of soil water resources for irrigation water resources will play a very good resource substitution effect has important significance for the mitigation of the regional water supply and demand . At present, the role of soil water resources in agricultural production has been more and more experts and scholars know, but farmland mulch to improve soil water resources utilization has not yet been a thorough and meticulous research. Comprehensively collect, summarize, analyze previous studies based on the specific circumstances of the plains of Baoding, Baoding plain soil water resources and farmland cover to improve soil and water resources utilization system, the main contents include: ① proposed This article connotation understanding of soil water resources; ② to determine the plain soil water resources calculation model analysis to calculate the dynamic Baoding plains different hydrological year anniversary of the soil water storage changes and soil water resources; ③ combined Baoding plain of main crop water requirement and water requirement rules, analysis of the main crop growing period and soil fertility stage of water resources and water gain or loss amount, to provide the basis for rational irrigation; and ④ clear characteristics of farmland covering water conservation increase, and typical survey covering the effects of water use efficiency and yield of farmland, analysis and calculation of the different crops take different coverage measures the amount of water-saving and increase production, as the standard of the status quo, analysis and calculation of the the Baoding plains different hydrological years different crops take different coverage measures, water use efficiency, equivalent to an increase of the amount of soil water resources utilization; ⑤ combined status of different crops farmland in the region covers an area of ??analysis to calculate the total water resources of different hydrological year taken to cover the increase in the use of the soil, but also which is equivalent to a saving of irrigation water, and to take coverage equivalent to saving irrigation water, respectively, accounting for 7.7% of the total regional status quo of agricultural water, 7.2% and 5.1%, water-saving effect is remarkable. This article aims to soil water utilization by covering Baoding plain soil water resources and farmland, clear water-saving effect of the amount of water resources and farmland soil of Baoding plains covering agricultural production, agricultural production and reasonable efficient use of water resources, irrigation water savings provide a theoretical basis. To alleviate the status of regional water resources shortage, to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture and the improvement of the ecological environment has important practical significance.
