Abstract


With the development of the world economy , the modern logistics industry through the use of advanced organization and management of the technical implementation of logistics management has become a new economic growth point for the city and national development . In China, the small logistics companies because of its large number of job flexible features , and occupies an indispensable position in the field of logistics . With the accession to the WTO , China 's small logistics companies already with respect to the case of large logistics enterprises backward , facing the dual pressures of institutional change and market opening , the intense competition faced unprecedented . The development of ways to rapidly improve the competitiveness of survival , can be found in the fast - changing market environment , a small third - party logistics enterprises in China related to whether the rapid and healthy development of important issues . Logistics management , improve efficiency and reduce costs is the key to improving the competitiveness of logistics enterprises , the paper targeted small logistics enterprises on China to explore and study the problem in this regard .
