Abstract


The level of development of the software industry is an important indicator to measure a country's degree of modernization and technological development level . Significant differentiation in the global software industry for the North American market segment , the three sections of the market segment in Europe , Asia market segment . The software industry in the international division of labor is also being adjusted , high value-added , low-cost , intelligence - intensive software and information services industry shift to the Asia-Pacific region was evident . Hunan software industry in recent years, the growth rate is higher , the scale of the industry is growing . However, compared with the developed areas of the domestic software industry , there is a wide gap between the irrational industrial structure, the majority of products focused on software product chain the low end, less independent intellectual property rights of the core software technology products , SME financing difficulties , profits the low level of industrial development potential . The paper uses the theory of industrial organization and strategic management theory , conducted a systematic analysis of the internal and external environment for the development of the software industry in Hunan and the characteristics of the industry , as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the industry , and on this basis the strategy of development of the software industry in Hunan . Currently have yet to see the system analysis Hunan software industry and research . The paper consists of four major parts .
