Abstract


The superstructure of the traditional media properties makes the \scientific and rational public decision-making . Network of public opinion , due to its own advantage , just to make up for this shortcoming , for public decision-making process , feedback and scientific decision amended to provide a solid foundation of public opinion . China in recent years public opinion scholars have different views on the definition of \wider ; same time , multiple rounds of discussions , which is more realistic . Network public opinion on the public decision-making and its decision-makers ( including from the central to local levels of the party and government leading organs ) , plays an increasingly important role in the characteristics of the network of public opinion just to make up for the deficiencies of the traditional news media reflect public opinion public opinion is the most important basis for public decision-making .
