Abstract


Environmental protection is a basic state policy of China , environmental education is a hot issue in the 21st century , environmental education in secondary schools is an important part of the system of quality education and environmental education , is an important foundation for the implementation of the sustainable development strategy . This article through the analysis of the current status of environmental education , the theory as a guide , the main use of the experimental method and the survey and other research methods , high school biology teaching environmental education , practice and research . Its purpose is to raise environmental awareness and environmental behavior of the students , to help students to establish a sustainable development concept , to promote the implementation of the new biological curriculum standards and reform , to promote quality education in a range of disciplines forward . The paper is divided into four parts: Part I : Overview of environmental education . Elaborated the concept of environmental education , the emergence and development of environmental education course and its purpose, principles and significance . Part II: theoretical basis for implementation of environmental education in the high school biology teaching , teaching methods and approaches . For high school environmental education status quo , the theory of sustainability , build the theory four theoretical support , the five implementation approach starting from four teaching methods , and to explore how to improve students' environmental awareness and environmental behavior , help students to establish a sustainable development concept . The third part of the implementation of environmental education : high school biology teaching practice and research . Comprehensive mining the PEP high school biology set of teaching materials in the implementation of environmental education content based on the use of environmental goals tiered progressive way to develop teaching plans and objectives , and then select the organization in the teaching of biology in the experimental class implementation through the evaluation and analysis of the results of the implementation , to achieve the desired purpose . Part IV: Conclusions and Recommendations . In this paper, we prove the feasibility and effectiveness of its operation in the process of implementation of environmental education , and to the quality of the teachers and students get a comprehensive improvement while few suggestions for the study of biological teaching environmental education .
