Abstract


The goal of the construction project cost control is the project management is an important part of one , played a crucial role in the effectiveness of its projects . In this thesis, the target cost control problem for the early stage of construction projects further exploration. Paper, first expounded the related theory of the construction cost of the project objectives and cost control methods ; Secondly , through the establishment of a construction project target cost control model , the use of the simplex method for linear programming , solving the established target cost control model , based on the satisfactory solution of the model is to determine the value of construction projects target cost control satisfaction ; once again , designed to more effectively control the construction cost of the project objectives , the target cost of the construction project earned value warning interval analysis ; Finally, the model of the target cost control and earned value warning interval analysis applied to the actual case . The empirical data for this paper selected the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Hunhe 19th Street rainwater pumping station project and Shenyang Changbai island River bridge project - the Changbai island River 8 Bridge project . Before a project for housing construction after a project for the bridge project , these two projects target cost control method to the applicability of the method of construction project professional engineering . This thesis mainly has the following characteristics : suitable for different professional engineering and construction projects target cost control model , such as housing construction , municipal engineering , port engineering and bridge engineering , but there are some very special construction projects not apply to this model, such as rescue works , military engineering , confidentiality engineering ; this study by the analysis of the model to solve to determine the satisfaction of the target cost value , and then use earned value the warning interval analysis method to further improve the target cost control and quantitative method target cost control and earned value the warning interval analysis based on the value range to take corresponding measures for improvement ; method of solving the target cost control model has many simplex method is easier to understand, easy to operate , so the papers selected simplex Act as a target cost control model for solving method .
