Abstract


This paper looks on erhu performance as a kind of human sport, combines some basic principles such as human anatomy, sports physiology, human sports mechanics, etc. with the acts of erhu performance, analyses some technical acts of erhu performance, researches basic rule and characteristic about human sports and strength conduction in the course of erhu performance. On the other hand, the paper analyses or prove some right performance methods applying these principles. Let us can adjust and control the course of erhu performance, and the use of strenth, make acts correspond the basic principle of human sports and the concrete demand of erhu performance.At first, this paper lists the body in the course of erhu performance, that is, upper limbs muscle, psoas major, neck muscle and respiratory muscle of skeleton muscle in the locomotor system. The second, the paper generalizes the muscle that dominate bone to attend all sorts of acts in the several parts. And it analyses the act principles of muscle, let performers know the act situation of body in the course of performance. The third, on the basis of these, it combine the lever of body with mechanical principal in Human Sports Mechanics, Sports Biology Mechanics, the paper analyses some concrete technique in erhu performance with physiology and mechanics, testify the science characterof the performance acts. On the other hand, it tries to analyse, or say testify, some right performance methods about performance techniques, let us arrive the purpose of let the acts correspond human physiology rule and save strenth. And let us accomplish "ease" and "perform the best sound with the least strenth" truely.
