Abstract


Level of professional ethics reflect the level of development of the industry as a whole , the professional ethics of the construction of the most important moral construction . Throughout the development of the current CBA basketball has gone through ten years, the basketball league by a professional to advancing the professional , however, in the process of professional athletes ethical status quo is not satisfactory , such as a sports arena violation sportsmanship , foul , playground under the misconduct . And lack of effective basketball player misconduct to stop . How society based on the current actual situation combined with the work ethic of the basketball player status quo basketball players to improve the professional and ethical standards , to speed up the process of Basketball Professionalism in China . This thesis to study the problem of this paper on the basis of previous studies , the use of literature, expert interviews , logical analysis , and online inquiry methods and means to carry out a more systematic study the building of professional ethics of the basketball players . The paper is divided into four parts . The first part of the current CBA building of professional ethics of the historic opportunity and meaning . Stressed the opportunities facing our current CBA building of professional ethics and the significance of strengthening the building of professional ethics . The second part of the CBA basketball player ethical status quo and causes . Analysis of the current CBA basketball player ethical status quo , certainly professional ethics progress in some respects . At the same time , pointed out the problems . Athletes CBA Professional Ethics in the causes and characteristics from the culture , market economy , the professional league system , basketball , six aspects of the quality of basketball player . The third part of CBA basketball player to be followed by the construction of ethical principles and countermeasures . Ethical status quo under the current proposed three main principles , the four o'clock norms and countermeasures . Part IV , Conclusion . Pointed out the significance of the basketball building of professional ethics of professional basketball in the summary of the first four parts . At the same time , pointing out the building of professional ethics is a complex system engineering .
