Abstract


Universities Independent Colleges is the emergence of a new form of school reform of higher education in China , organized by the ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities under the new mechanism , a new model of undergraduate -level institutions of higher education . Independent colleges and universities College both have excellent educational resources for public colleges and universities , but also to absorb the strength of social capital has played a positive role in promoting the growth and expansion of the scale of higher education higher education resources , coordination of public higher education and the development of private higher education .
