Abstract


The English for Basic Education in China is a major change to its guiding principles students focus on the full development of the quality of education at its core is stressed people-oriented, focusing on training students' practice ability and innovative spirit, for learners to lifelong learning and development lay the foundation. Teaching principles emphasize student-centered, development of students' comprehensive language proficiency, respect the student's personality and emotional actively use learning strategies to complete learning tasks. This selection of classroom teaching of English and English teaching methods and reform the high demands. Evaluation of the teaching of English has also put forward higher requirements. However, the current English teaching evaluation, there are still a lot of drawbacks. To do this, we must first understand the meaning of English teaching evaluation, the main content and significance of the teaching evaluation. And analysis, comparison and evaluation of current teaching methods. English teaching evaluation as an important part of the English course, plays a very important role and influence in the English curriculum development. Evaluation principles in order to start the author, literature and interviews, survey analysis and research, and Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program and the new English curriculum standards for the pointer, explore new curriculum in line with the thinking of the quality of education, evaluation objectives and evaluation methods, a new evaluation measures to promote the development of students, has important theoretical value and practical significance. Part III: This part of the countermeasures to improve English teaching evaluation for English teaching evaluation measures, and strive to truly become the English teaching evaluation to promote the the students coordinated development, improve the overall quality of students and improve the teaching of teachers the basic strategy of the level, so as to improve the the scientific English teaching evaluation system.
