Abstract


Remote education has always been regarded as an effective access on breaking the limit of time and space. Network teaching, as an important form of remote education, has been fully developed in worldwide. By the help of the fully development of network technology, information resources are become share day by day, and it fundamentally changed the way of information exchange. On the one hand, it would bring huge influence on high education management pattern, education pattern, and financial investment pattern and so on;On the other hand, it may solve many problems about teaching ideas in the tradition classroom, which are impossible realize or very difficult to realize in the past, and now might realize. Forecasting network teaching, it would effectively promote the operation of schools, the change of teaching and learning patterns, the sharing of educational resources, as well as realize of a lifelong learning society.In traditional classroom teaching, test is the only way to know the effect of students’ learning. But the test result always contains some useful information, which is helpful for teachers to grasp the study effects and it’s valuable to polish teaching strategies. Obviously, if this information could be extracted, it can be bring material changes for education. Until now, most computer teaching information processes are finally assessment, which is almost based on max, min, and average number, not the process assessment, which is focus on the basic learning information, such as the difficulty and the degree of suitability of test. From the practice of some schools, process assessment could be more useful to finish teaching work and promote students’ interest and self-confidence. And most important, it can be helpful for study and performance analysis.For this part, a network teaching information process system is introduced in the paper. This system fulfills and accomplishes the process of extracting teaching information based on process assessment, finally assessment and some basic education evaluation theories. It would be a swift assistant for teacher to understand and control the course of teaching and learning.
