Abstract


The growth of the third sector has extremely vital significance regarding Chinese society’s reforming and its development in the 21st century. The independence and development of the third sector is not only an important content, but also an important way when China must complete society’s modernized transformation, establish to multiplication society.Relation to oversea, development of our country’s third sector has very big space, but the speed of the development is actually relatively slow. Although the third sector is already becoming an important strength in social development of our country, but its function which had displayed was by far insufficient. Compared with the development of overseas the third sector and our market economy, our country’s third sector still appear to be obviously congenital. They have not the obvious superiority in aspect on gaining and using resources, coordinating relations, displaying function. The third sector difficultly seeks the survival and the development road under the government rules and regulations extrusion, unfolded with vigorous vitality that we see on the overseas third sector body. So, follow the reform and open policy, and social reforming further launches, the Chinese society will appear more and more many kind of the third sector. They gradually will be move mature and contribution to harmonious social construction;in this process, the Chinese citizen society gradually hastens by the third sector form and development. Relations of the third sector and nationals the market will appear the new pattern. Degree and level of the third sector’s independent development become the Chinese society progress and the modernized symbol in the very great degree. Thus, studying the question of the third sector’s development will be helpful to us seek the corresponding countermeasure.This article divides into three parts:1.Summary to the development of the third sector of china, involved the development of historical evolution 、 present situation and main characteristic of the third sector.2. The difficult position of the third sector in the developing process3. Discussed with emphasis the development countermeasure that impelled our country’s third sector.Innovation of this article mainly manifests in two aspects: First, in the angle of relational of the third sector and the government, enterprise, I analyzed the third sector’s vital role in Chinese realistic society, and pointed out exists question of the third sector. Second, I explore the path of development of the Chinese third sector, based on the advanced experience of western and Chinese the actual situation.
