Abstract


Occupational stress as a psychological concept, is an unpleasant experience of negative emotions caused by the teachers due to work reasons. Not only does it work with teachers enthusiasm of a great relationship, and have a close relationship with the mental health of people. Due to occupational psychological stress resulting from the same time have a negative impact on teachers, but also on education and teaching work directly or indirectly affect. Research and Discussion on Teachers' Occupational Stress teach us that the work pressure of teachers as a whole and its influencing factors, so as to improve and strengthen education and management to provide a scientific basis. This study used self questionnaire survey of occupational stress analysis of 165 in-service teachers of three public secondary schools in the Luohu District, Shenzhen Luohu District teachers overall pressure situation and personal factors with pressure difference. The data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentages and variance. The results showed that: the teachers' work pressure. Students' problems and work characteristics are the biggest source of pressure, and self-realization caused by the minimum pressure for teachers, followed by the reform of education and teaching. Specific to each project, the student problems, education indicators, usually of class size and student test scores to teachers pose the greatest pressure. In job characteristics, the role of the teacher, correcting homework and tutoring the pressure caused by the teachers. View of the generation of occupational stress is multifaceted, from the three levels of society, schools, individuals, Luohu District Secondary School Teachers pressure reduction strategy, for reference: First, create a good social psychological environment, including the Government should formulate relevant policies to help teachers and build the social environment of the school, social, family and work together to educate people. Second, to create a good environment of the campus, including the \teacher training. Third, teachers should take the initiative to learn to self-psychological adjustment, including good at regulating their emotions, their efforts to improve their own quality and level, and learn about the knowledge of mental health and psychological counseling, to find experts on a regular basis for psychological counseling.
