Abstract


The reconstruction of the national hospital culture is one the important aspects of the modern hospital construction. It not only reflects the level of management, but also functions as an important factor in the long-run development. Hospital culture is generally regarded as knowledge, but actually it is the theoretical basis of the science that develops from the practice of people-oriented management, a reflection of social culture and individuality in the hospital. Now the society is on the changing path and the hospital and health system is in the reform process, which bring the change the new and old system, the change of the profits form, the multicultural exchange that give the existence and the development of the national hospital as well as give a great impact to the workers of the hospital. Thus restrict the advanced national hospital culture is an argent task and a certain choice for the consistence development of the national hospital.We should completely realize the importance and the necessity of the construction of hospital culture, owning to its profound and far-reaching influence on the subsistence and development of the hospital. The new situation requires that the construction of hospital culture develop with the time, keeping innovation, trying to meet the requirement of the time, with the view of value and the moral discipline as the core direction. This essay discuss the issue of the national hospital culture construction in the transit period in order to promote its culture research and thus to meet the need of the time to show the character as well as to give influence to the construction and the development of the national hospital.The article is composed of five parts. The first part gives an research of the choice and challenge of the hospital in the transit period;the second part gives an account on the important meaning of the reconstruction of hospital culture from three aspects;the third part explains the connotation of it;the fourth part analyses the current situation of the reconstruction through an association with the process;the fifth part stresses on how to strengthen the result of the reconstructed hospital culture.Fostering the nature of hospital culture and give more place for it to play its great influence will both certainly have significantly theoretical and realistic meaning.
