Abstract


Implementation of the development strategy of \China 's real estate business in the overseas market investment has achieved some success , initially with the advantages of foreign direct investment , but compared with the world-class multinational real estate there is a certain distance . In this paper, a summary review of the foreign direct investment theory , based on the analysis of the theory of foreign real estate investment on the advantage of our real estate foreign direct investment and its influencing factors analysis of the strategic decision to strengthen the real estate industry in China foreign direct investment . System research and analysis of the principle of combination of theory and practice , a typical case of foreign real estate investment in China , tried to put forward a strategic system including the choice of location , the main selection and investment options for the development of real estate in China foreign direct investment propose practical recommendations .
