Abstract


At first, this paper looks back the development process of the real estate evaluation agency and its real existence condition, analyzes the deep-rooted reasons which restrict the real estate evaluation agency’s further development.Then the excellent real estate evaluation agencies in and abroad apply information-based technique to build the core competitiveness of the institutions and get the best result. The paper makes a comprehensive analysis and summary of this exploration and practice.On this basis, the paper presents the concept------leading the information-based technique which is in the face of the knowledge management to the real estate evaluation agency. At the same time, designs and analyzes the information system which is needed to be developed step by step on the real management requirements of the real estate evaluation agency.Finally, through the positive analysis of which Jiangxi TZ Company develops and applies the information-based technique, the paper directs the way on which the real estate evaluation agency should make the further efforts on the knowledge management in the future.
