Abstract


With the rapid economic development of our new century , the real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy . In real estate , the number accounted for more than 80% of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises accounted for most of the market share of the national real estate market . At present , the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are facing a variety of environmental factors inside and outside the enterprise , and how to develop the small and medium - sized real estate enterprises has become one of the industry development focus of the study . Firstly, sustainable development of the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises \the concept of sustainable development , analyzed the impact factor of the sustainable development of small and medium - sized real estate enterprises . Then , use AHP analytic hierarchy process to build capacity for sustainable development of small and medium - sized real estate enterprises evaluation model . Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises for sustainable development through the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises SWOT analysis as well as foreign countries draw on relevant experience , combined with analysis of feedback , evaluation model of sustainable development and the strategy of sustainable development of small and medium - sized real estate enterprises . Finally, the case of the Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Hefei Eastcom analysis to verify the feasibility of the research methods and evaluation model , research has guiding significance for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises .
