Abstract


With the establishment and perfection of China's socialist market economic system and economic growth mode from extensive to intensive , human capital is increasingly evident role of economic and prominent , has become an important foundation for the economic development of a country or region . According to the definition of Schultz , human capital refers to the sum of long-term investment and condensation in the human body 's physical and intellectual skills . How reasonable measurement and analysis of the level of human capital development to become the focus of many scholars . Throughout a large number of related research , scholars have proposed a series of studies of the level of human capital development , but not a very satisfactory way . Paper selected Chongqing as an object of study, its human capital quantity, quality , structure , systematic analysis of the status of human capital in Chongqing , summed up a huge amount of human capital in Chongqing urban and rural areas constitute the rapidly changing , but the quality of not high; introduction of the household sector , and broken down into two sectors of the natural human and human capital , build human capital input-output model , the preparation of the human capital input-output table , a systematic analysis of the human capital sector to other industries the effect of other industries to draw the human capital sector is huge , and after contact to the greater than before the contact , the pulling effect is greater than the other industry role in promoting . Horizontal contrast level of development of the human capital of the four municipalities of Beijing, Tianjin and Chongqing , and further found that the relatively low level of development of the human capital of Chongqing , the total amount of large , high quality , level of education and health care needs to be improved . Descriptive analysis of the status and characteristics of the human capital of Chongqing , the investment in human capital comparative analysis between the association analysis of the output table and four municipalities , the rational utilization of human capital , strengthening of human capital accumulation , and the adjustment of the educational structure suggestions .
