Abstract


In recent years, with the development of Indemnificatory apartment system, affordable house system becomes more and more important. It plays a major role in solving the housing problem of low-incoming families and affords the responsibility of settling their difficulties. Whether it will be successful or not, is the decisive factor of solving urban low-income housing problems. Since the national implementation of affordable housing policy, affordable house system, after a period of reform and development, has been improved step by step, as well as its construction and sales on the market have been both developed rapidly. Affordable house system not only helps the city to provide housing security for low-income families, but also vigorously promotes the Indemnificatory apartment system and real estate. Although the system of affordable house has made remarkable achievements in the implementation process, it is relatively slow overall growth rate. Coupling with the lack of sufficient experience, a lot of deficiencies appear in proceedings, revealing something which is incompatible with the social development. However, because of the important position of Indemnificatory apartment system in today’s society, the maturity of affordable house is significant. This research which combines existing theoretical research results and practical results of our economic system makes some suggestions on the perfection of affordable house system. It tries to make affordable house system in the implementation process more coordinate with requirements of social development and Meet the needs of low-income families’housing needs.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, describes the background of this study, identifies the topic of the research, reviews the related literature at home and abroad, also contains the research’s objectives, methods, technology and innovation and so on routes. The second part introduces the concept of affordable house and related theories. The third part analyzes affordable house system’s current status, including the detailed explanation of affordable house system, it’s achievements and disadvantages in the implementation process. It through three aspect of the system, such as the system’s establishment, implement and supervision, pointing out problems of each area. The fourth part is to analysis successful affordable house systems both at home and abroad and draw lessons from these good policies to find an affordable house system which is suitable for us. The fifth part is the suggestions against problems which exist in the three aspects above. For example, strengthening legislation protection and supervision, in the meantime establishing scientific construction plans and so on. Part six is the conclusions and shortcomings of this thesis.
