Abstract


In recent years, the industry of private equity is bright hopes to develop very quickly. Whether domestic or foreign, PE industry has a high return on investment. PE investment success stories continue to emerge, investors in PE is very high enthusiasm. Especially in the growing number of wealthy people in China today, people’s concern PE unprecedented. Despite the PE industry is very concerned, but the industry is a sunrise industry in the development of the relevant practical and theoretical study to explore a number of deficiencies also exist. Therefore, the significance and value of PE is material, in particular the challenges of the industry the best and most important aspect of business valuation.The main content is divided into three parts. The first part of private equity’s bright hopes investment and the classical theories, have been carried out through research and analysis by ginzburg first part of article had reviewed and combed the theory of private equity. The second part is the value analysis of the classical theories in the value of private equity’s bright hopes to invest in, and offered to more applicable estimation method in China. The third part is the new way is to use, and find out the most investment value of companies with new methods.The last part is conclusion. This part has the following conclusions. First of all, investment enterprises should combine their own advantages. Secondly, the identification of investment in industry are the tools of six models. Third, the way of calculation of tangible business is value cash flow method. Fourth, calculate the value of corporate intangible is Options. The enterprise value of human capital is calculated using cash flow method. Fifth, the tangible and intangible value plus the value of the total. The value obtained is the total enterprise value. Finally, compare the size of enterprise value. Value of the largest investment companies is the most valuable enterprise
