Abstract


The study on the relationship between the development of credit markets and dual economic structure in China not only make us better understand the role of the development of credit markets in the formation and strength of China’s dual economic structure, but also let us do the reasonable suggestions to make china’s credit markets play a greater role in promoting the transformation of the dual economic structure. And this paper do the study as the following.Firstly, we analysis the China’s financial development and economic status of binary and design 7 indicators to reflect the financial development and the status of the dual economic structure. Given the characteristics of China’s financial market, This paper design four financial development indicators to reflect the composition of China’s financial markets , the composition the banking financial institutions and the structure and flow of the loan. In addition to the introduction of the traditional indicators to reflect the dual economic structure, this paper proposed a new indicator to reflect the dual industrial Dual Economic Structure for the lack of the Dual Contrast Coefficient.After econometric analysis, we found that there are cause-effect relationship between the China’s financial development and economic status of binary. Whether our direct financing market or loans changes to our region has a dual significant impact. Banking financial institutions has significant influence on the dual industrial Dual Economic Structure of China. The development of Direct financing market did not have any noticeable effect on it.Based on empirical results, this paper gives the following recommendations. Firstly, the government improves the role of the direct financing in financial markets in China. Secondly, the government must encourage the development of local small and medium financial institutions and improve the composition and the flow of credit. At last, the government must improve the support system for rural economic development. And these are valuable for the transformation of the China’s dual economic structure.
