Abstract


In recent years , China's traditional pension challenges , rural aging have increased constantly and constantly improve the socialist market system , an urgent need to establish a socialized pension way to solve the pension problems of the farmers . After years of practice and reform , China has initially established the basic framework of the rural social pension insurance system , but also a very imperfect . To welcome the 1930s coming demographic aging climax , from China's basic national conditions , the establishment of rural social endowment insurance system to adapt to the requirements of the market economy development . This paper reviews the implementation of the course of the past 20 years of China 's rural social endowment insurance policy , summed up on the basis of practical experience , and analyzes the problems that exist in this process .
