Abstract


Financial planning services,due to its high value-added and low-risk "hedging" feature has become the first choice of domestic commercial banking business survival and development. As one of Heilongjiang construction bank’s intermediary business,financial planning services is still in its early stages of development, financial planning services income accounted for the proportion of total business income is also very small,especially in value-added services and product diversity and so on, it has to be further improved. In this context of development, in order to better grasp of the market context, to grab a bigger profit margins, the papers has a research to financial planning services of Heilongjiang construction bank, which has great significance to the sound development about promoting its financial planning services.Combing the purpose of background analysis and topics of significance, review the study of personal financial services both home and abroad, the paper put forward the general thesis ideas, frameworks and corresponding research methods.The paper studies Heilongjiang Province construction bank’s personal financial services,the research content is about the development issues of financial planning services.By analyzing the internal and external development environment of personal financial services of Heilongjiang construction bank, development opportunities and challenges faced are summarized in the personal financial services,as well as with their own advantages and disadvantages.On this basis, the paper combines the status quo analysis and customer needs surveys about Heilongjiang construction bank’s personal financial services,analysis the major problems of Heilongjiang construction bank’s personal financial which constraints the development of services,and according to the actual situation, propose appropriate the rationalize recommendations,and ultimately realizes a diversified and balanced business structure transition about Heilongjiang Construction Province bank,.
