Commercial Banks as the mainstay of our country financing services, its efficiency for economic development has the important influence. Therefore it is very important to measure bank efficiency, access to bank efficiency level, provide basis, to managers for reformation, provide proposals to bankers, study the influence factors of efficiency, make clear the inefficiency of source, find out the way efficiency improvement.This paper analyzes the contents of efficiency of commercial bank, choose the X profit efficiency as the research object. In order to distinguish random factors on the influence of bank efficiency, choose parameters method measure bank efficiency. At the same time, in order to obtain more accurate results, choose modal from Battese and Coelli (1995), define input and output index as model from Berger Humphrey (1991) and Bauer et al. (1993), at last, use translog function and maximum likelihood to estimate bank efficiency.In this paper, I define input and output index according to the new accounting standards. At the same time, in the bank efficiency analysis of influence factors, I define index of property right, market structure, macropolicy, financial industry structure and commercial bank management ability. After that, considering the Industrial and commercial bank of China, China construction bank, bank of China need to further reform, it is significative to analysis corporate governance structure of joint-equity bank. This article has conducted the further analysis.This paper finds that commercial bank of China, bank of China, China construction bank efficiency has greatly improved after shareholding reform. Stock system, intensifying competition and prosperos of financial industry can improve efficiency of bank. Ample liquidity from increase of money can promote efficiency. Commercial Banks have significantly improved the quality of loan business, which need to conduct financial innovation, develop new mainstay business. The first largest shareholder’s equity proportion of commercial banks and efficiency exist certain positive correlation. The independent directors system and bank efficiency have no significant correlation. At last, this paper propose suggestions of diversifying financial market, deepening financial market reform of commercial banks, improving the commercial banks’ innovation ability, moderately increasing first shareholding proportion.
