Abstract


Rural Financing organization has its roots as a rural economic development process of the system of arrangement, have its own background necessity and reasonable, which also its own characteristics and weaknesses, not only promote development of rural economy, rural economy and the macro also Ji run economic development of certain risks. Therefore, standardization of the rural folk finance undoubtedly a major theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, literature research methods of theory and practice is a combination of financial Xue of some theories and methods, of the Rural Nongovernmental Financial development situation, existing problems and reasons based on the analysis put forward to promote Chinese Rural Financing Organizational Development countermeasures. Finally, on this basis, puts forward the rural folk financial organizations Fa Zhan De Measures:Construction of rational distribution of rural private financial resources systems; private financial institutions in rural areas to establish optimal Shengtai Huanjingbaozheng system; Tuijin rural financial organizations and product innovation, build an appropriate competitive financial markets.
