The medium-sized and small commercial banks are the important components of many countries’ financial system, which are the supplement to the big banks. The medium-sized and small commercial banks in our country, since their establishment, have gained good achievements in many aspects, such as reducing local financial risks, supporting local economic development, etc., especially solving the problem of financing difficulties for medium-sized, small and micro enterprises (MSMEs). Baoshang Bank, one of the medium-sized and small commercial banks, has been engaging in improving the financial services for MSMEs in recent years, insisting the differentiation strategy, exploring the way of characteristic development, optimizing the mode of service, and improving the business procedure, formed the advantage of competition. From this point of view, developing the MSME financing service is an important method of changing the service mode. This thesis researches the MSME financing service of Baoshang bank, making Baoshang bank realize its shortcomings, reform, and achieve the sustainable development.This thesis starts form the basic theory of MSME financing service, using financial risks, combining the current financial situation, analyzes the MSME financing service and its problem of Baoshang bank, suggests to enhance the internal establishment, explore the new businesses, optimize the MSME financing service, strengthen the risk control and further enhance the brand awareness and achieve the sustainable development.
