Abstract


In recent years, the importance of small and micro enterprises increasingly widespread concern of government and society, for the healthy development of China’s national economy has played a huge role in promoting. Reflected in the increase of its role in promoting employment, promote economic growth and maintain social stability, enhance scientific and technological innovation at all levels. However, due to historical and institutional, institutional change path dependence, such as multiple reasons, there are still some constraints of small and micro enterprise development factors, Particular outstanding issues-small and micro enterprises in the development process itself facing financing difficulties. About "The financial infrastructure of small micro-enterprise financing," International Symposium held in March2012, People’s Bank of China Assistant Governor Li Dongrong in this international seminar pointed out that in our country, small and micro enterprises is to provide new jobs in the main channel, is an important platform for entrepreneurial growth, technological innovation is the support force. Especially in the current situation, to support the healthy development of small and micro enterprises, for maintaining stable and rapid economic development, accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, has a very important strategic significance. Recent social from all walks of life to the small micro enterprise financing problems rising attention, make the study of small miniature enterprise financing difficult problem and the solution to become China’s theoretical circle of a boom.This article applies the relevant theories of corporate financing, analyzed the reasons for the formation of small miniature enterprise financing difficult predicament and solve the dilemma of "microfinance" countermeasures, to explore the ability to improve the small micro enterprise of the national economy development of our country an economic way. To speed up the building to meet the needs of small micro enterprise development financing system, to provide diversified financing services to small enterprises, has a certain practical significance. In this paper, on the basis of information asymmetry, the theory of credit rationing and economic thoughts, analyzes the small micro enterprise financing present situation and the financing environment, found that small micro enterprise financing difficult problems exist in its management of the characteristics of the internal factors and external environment. For this kind of condition, although the present domestic scholars have put forward several countermeasures, such as optimize the financing environment, commercial bank credit system reform, strengthening the construction of small micro enterprise itself and so on, but these are mostly long-term governance approach. And from the current promoting small micro enterprise development on the basis of the short-term effects of ability, method measures are not a lot. According to the short-term effect, this paper mainly discusses the development of microfinance. Microfinance were summarized from the financing innovation theory and microfinance means, this paper analyzes the experience of microfinance innovation and development in our country, explore its ability to promote small micro enterprise of the national economy development intrinsic mechanism, based on this, puts forward the support in the form of microfinance as the main policy thinking small micro enterprise fast and efficient development in our country, and puts forward some Suggestions of its sustainable development.
