Abstract


In recent years, China’s rural credit cooperatives has entered a new stage of development, the main form for credit of the rapid expansion of the scale. Among them, the rural credit cooperatives microfinance business have mushroomed, momentum is more intense. Rural commercial bank is the Yellow River by rural credit cooperatives reform, at present it is through constantly open up the small loans business, to vigorously develop the credit scale. As a matter of credit business, however, is bound to bear the credit risk, operational risk, market risk and the impact of system risk and bank risk. Therefore, how to guard against microfinance risk to the healthy development of rural commercial bank of the Yellow River has important practical significance.Paper based on the theory of banking risks and risk prevention, first of all, the status quo of rural small credit business of commercial bank of the Yellow River are analyzed; Second, focus on microfinance business faces various risks, and explains the main reasons of the risk formation of; Finally, rural commercial Banks of the Yellow River microfinance risk how to avoid and prevent, corresponding Suggestions are put forward.
