Abstract


China has a large number of SMEs, their economic development in China occupies a pivotal position in promoting employment growth, technological progress, and guide consumption, exports and economic growth.At present, China’s economy is in a transition period, because our system with its own reasons for SMEs, the SMEs in the issue has become tied around its neck..Over the years, Chinese commercial banks credit to SMEs has also been cautious on SME credit "at arm’s length," but increasingly fierce competition among banks and the international advanced banking experience also shows that SMEs can provide banks with a high proportion of income.Small groups of resources that customers will become increasingly more valuable.This general line of thought is the meaning of Aims of the study, describes the bank credit theory and SME finance theory, also the concept of China’s SMEs were defined and outlined the financial situation, the article also analyzes the commercial banks’need for expanding businesses with SMEs and the main risk points, to Bank of Changsha as an example, through detailed data, the practice of operating through the financial products, combined with the practice of foreign commercial banks, focusing on small and medium commercial banks how to loan the whole process of the research, the commercial banks in SME credit building our countries’ management system.At the last part,the article proposes financial product innovation during the Course.
