Abstract

This thesis regards Shandong Province as the study region and outward orientedagriculture as research object. In this paper I have done research on the conception of outwardoriented agriculture and the basis of study , the basis and issues of Shandong’ s outward orientedagriculture. I have pointed out the keystones of Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture ,ascertained 5 primary products bases which include grain ,cotton, paint and marine lives andgreenstuff and pasturage and fruit . In the end of the paper, I have advanced six measures which todevelop Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture. This thesis has 5 parts.The first part is the summarization of outward oriented agriculture. In this part, I have doneresearch on the conception of outward oriented agriculture and the basis of study which includescompare superiority and zoology economy theory.The second part is the basis and issues of Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture. There areascendant position and abundant natural resource and many kinds products from farms and enoughlabour force and a lot of corporations which process products from farms in the Shandong province.Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture possesses important station . Total value of export aboutprimary products has been raising . Shandong has formed many bases of products from farms andexcellent corporations. The products which to export gave priority to marine lives and greenstuff.There is great disparity about total value of export among 17 cities of Shandong province. Theissues of Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture includes 5 aspects which are disordercompetition, low benefit , irrational trade fashion, pool market, low standard.The third part is international requirement which Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture isconfronted with. In this part I have done research on the change of international requirement whichincludes descending requirement of staple food, increasing consumption of food from animal andgreenstuff and fruit and foodstuff which is processed. International requirement which Shandong’ soutward oriented agriculture is confronted with includes 4 aspects that are developed countries asmost market, enlarging developing countries market, primary product as current target and foodstuffwhich is processed as long range target, increasing infection from green rampart.The fourth part is stratagem of development of Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture. Inthis part I have discussed 4 domains which should be regarded and ascertained 5 primary productsbases which include grain ,cotton, paint and marine lives and greenstuff and pasturage and fruit.The fifth part is countermeasures about Shandong’ s outward oriented agriculture. Thenetwork of international market should be set up and the brand of products should be regarded.Shandong province should advance science and technology about agriculture and develop greenfood energetically and expand process business and support enlarging export of primary products.
