Broadly, international business in Commercial Banks is related to foreign currency or the activities of foreign customers, which include not only the business operations in foreign countries, but also include the business engaged in home which in relevant to foreign currency.In this paper, the development problems of international business of Ningxia Branch,CDB are researched. Based on researched competitiveness ttheory, the Macro, Internal and External environment of the Ningxia Branch, CDB are analyzed by the Five Forces model and PEST model. Finally, according to the analysis, concluded that Foreign Exchange Funds is weak strength, short experience on foreign currency loan and ordinary operation.Finally, on basis of the analysis, the paper gives Ningxia Branch, CDB some suggestions on the development of foreign currency loan. Establish the concept of long-term foreign currency loan, increase the strength of Foreign Exchange Funs,expand the Target Customers and optimize Customer Structure, innovate product portfolio and improve service efficiency, improve the quality of personnel. So that the foreign currency loan of Ningxia Branch, CDB has developed by leaps and bounds.
