Justice is always regarded as human beings" general ideal and goal, which is the main symbol of modern civilized society. College students’employment equality is an important embodiment of social fairness and it is of great importance to safeguard and promote college students’employment equality. Currently, there are some college students’employment equality questions that cannot be ignored and some factors that hinder college students’ employment equality. College students’employment equality’actual situation has certain gap between the goal of the realization of college students’employment equality completely. So it is necessary to do some research and inquiry into college students’employment equality. Some new situation and conflict turns up in college students’employment equality because of all sorts of social conflicts interweave frequently in our current social change phase.This paper follows the thought of question-raising, question-analysis and question-solution to do some research on college students’employment equality. Firstly, it analyses the connotation and character of employment equality from the general connotation of justice. Then, the author discusses the value of guarantee and promotion of college students’employment equity. It is not only benefit to the adjust of income distribution and the healthy development of human resources market, but also benefit to the prevention of corruption on personnel matters and the improvement of the relation between the party and the masses; and to cultivation of the ideal of equality and justice and the formation of a fine social atmosphereSecondly, the main questions in face of college students’employment equality are exposed. Generally speaking, these questions mainly represents as the unfairness of opportunities, rules and processes. Concretely speaking, factors that hinder college students’ employment equality contains lagging of reform of the personnel system, imperfect of related laws and regulations on employment, faultiness in employment policy and social exclusion, etc.Finally, the author gives solution to all questions in face of college students’employment equality. To promote college students’employment equality within the range of possibilities, the only choice is reform. Overall reforms should be carried out actively and prudently in system, laws, policies, social responsibilities and cultural concepts. It is necessary to reform the personnel system, perfect relative laws, consummate employment policy, establish inversed repulsion system and propagate the ideal of justice thoroughly.
